Welcome From The President:
Welcome to SAW-PA and our new website! I’m proud to be president of a club where the members posses such a diverse range of talents, and are willing to share their knowledge and experience in an open and friendly atmosphere.
Whatever your woodworking interest, whether it be power tools or hand tools, our club can help you expand your current skill sets, or take you in new directions. Our membership ranges from casual woodworkers to professionals. Some of the interests of our members include: making musical instruments, Shaker boxes, restoring antique hand tools, veneering and wood bending, making custom boxes featuring wooden ribbons, etc..
We welcome newcomers of all ages and genders to attend one of our meetings or field trips and share in the camaraderie that reflects the creative attitude and friendliness of our members.

Mission Statement:
We are the Susquehanna Area Woodworkers of PA (SAW-PA).
Founded in 2003, we are an organization consisting of a diverse group of men and women who share a common interest and enthusiasm in working with wood.
Our goal is to inspire, educate, and share not only with ourselves, but with the larger community, the technical and artistic aspects of woodworking.
SAW-PA promotes education on the principles of woodworking through lectures, seminars, discussions, workshops, and field trips.
